Dinner is ribs and chicken off the grill\, served picnic style outside if the weather holds\, with the program inside. \nThe program covers the club’s local service work\, how it connects to Lions Clubs International\, and what membership actually involves. The Prior Lake Lions are the group behind the Easter Bunny Breakfast and Breakfast with Santa\, and the point of the night is to bring in new members so they can take on more in the community. Dinner is free and there is no cost to attend. \nThe RSVP deadline was Sunday\, September 13 so the club could plan food. Chula’s Mexican-Latin Food & Spirits and Lightbridge Academy sponsor the Saturday events\, and a KaiBi Mobile Family Care unit is on site both days. \nThe amateur contest is open to young artists in two age groups\, 12 and under and 13 to 18\, each working a 4 by 4 foot square of pavement with prizes on the line. Online registration is $20 per person through noon on September 17\, and day-of registration is $30 if space allows. Register for the contest through Prior Lake Parks and Recreation. \nAll vendor spots are full for 2026. Sponsorship details are at priorlakemn.gov/sponsorship. \nBoathouse Brothers Brewing\, at 16211 Main Avenue\, holds a temporary city liquor license for an art appreciation street party on Saturday and Sunday afternoons\, September 19 and 20\, with beer served in a fenced area\, so there is extra time to take in the chalk after the festival wraps.
