DESCRIPTION:The fifth annual Be Happy 5K takes over Cleary Lake Beach on Sunday\, September 13. Check-in opens at 7:30 a.m.\, the kids 50-yard dash goes off at 7:55\, and the 5K run and walk follow at 8. New this year is a 20-minute speed yoga session\, and there is a virtual option if you cannot make it out. Dogs are welcome. \nAfter the run\, stick around for music\, a bouncy house\, vendors\, massages\, a sauna and cold plunge\, plus Subway sandwiches and drinks while supplies last.
