SUMMARY:19th Annual Vettes for Vets Car Show
DESCRIPTION:Classic Corvettes of Minnesota holds the 19th Annual Vettes for Vets Car Show at the Dan Patch American Legion in Savage on Sunday\, August 9. The show runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.\, rain or shine\, and all cars and trucks are welcome. \nSpectators are free. There are trophies in seven divisions\, custom event t-shirts for sale\, food\, raffles\, and a silent auction. Organizers also ask attendees to bring a gift of socks for veterans. All donations go to the Minneapolis Veterans Home. \nSchedule: \n\n8:30 a.m.: Show opens\n10 a.m.: Flag ceremony\n1 p.m.: Awards presentation\n1:30 p.m.: Cruise to the Veterans Home\n\nRegistration is $15 per car pre-registered\, or $20 at the time of the show.
