SUMMARY:Pumpkin Archery at Cleary Lake
DESCRIPTION:Learn archery by aiming at pumpkins on Saturday\, October 17 from 10 a.m. to noon at Cleary Lake Regional Park\, 18106 Texas Ave in Prior Lake. Three Rivers Outdoor Recreation School instructors teach the basics\, and beginners and experienced archers are both welcome. \nThe program is $12 per person with all equipment provided. It is outdoors\, so dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. Registration closes October 15. \nRegister through Three Rivers Park District.

DESCRIPTION:The Minnesota Card Show brings a sports-only card show to the Canterbury Park Expo Center on Saturday\, Oct. 17. General admission opens at 11 a.m.\, early admission at 10 a.m.\, and the show runs until 4 p.m. \nGeneral admission is $5 and early admission is $10\, and kids 10 and under get in free with a paying adult. There is plenty of parking\, and the venue sells food and drinks. Tickets are on the Minnesota Card Show website. A trading card game show fills the same hall the next day.

SUMMARY:Savage Halloween Bash
DESCRIPTION:Savage Parks and Recreation holds its annual Halloween Bash on Saturday\, Oct. 17\, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Savage Sports Center\, 13450 Dakota Ave. It is a costume-friendly night for the whole family\, inside the sports center and on the park grounds around it. \nThe night has horse-drawn wagon rides\, dancing with a DJ\, inflatables\, games\, food trucks\, sponsor tables and candy. \nAdmission is $8 a person with registration by Oct. 9 and $10 after that or for walk-ins; kids 1 and under are free. Register through the City of Savage calendar.
