DESCRIPTION:The annual Surf the Murph trail race day takes over Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve on Saturday\, October 17\, with distances for everyone: 5K\, 10K\, marathon\, 25K\, 50K and a full 50 miler. Races start as early as 6 a.m. for the long distances. \nThe course winds through the park’s wooded hills on trails and singletrack\, one of the prettiest places in the south metro to spend a fall morning\, whether you are running it or cheering someone on. \nDistances\, start times and registration are at mnscsc.redpodium.com.
