DESCRIPTION:The 8th annual Prior Lake Paddle Dash launches from Charlie’s On Prior on Saturday\, September 12. Check-in is 8:45 a.m.\, the 10K advanced paddle starts at 9\, and the 5K loop and the 1-mile kids’ route go off right after. Awards and a raffle for a local cause wrap things up around 10\, with optional drinks and food on the Charlie’s patio afterward. \nMinnesota Mermaid Paddle Board Rental hosts\, and this year it is a more laid-back social paddle: later start\, no swag bags or shirts\, and fewer safety boats on the water\, so paddle at your own risk. Paddle boards\, kayaks and canoes are all welcome. \nRegistration is $25 for ages 15 and up\, or $35 with a rental board\, and $15 or $25 for ages 14 and under. DESCRIPTION:The fifth annual Be Happy 5K takes over Cleary Lake Beach on Sunday\, September 13.
