Forest Bathing at Spring Lake

Slow down and reconnect with nature at a guided forest bathing experience in Spring Lake Regional Park. Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a mindful immersion in the woods that goes beyond a hike. Through gentle prompts and quiet reflection, a certified practitioner guides you to engage your senses and settle into the moment.
The practice is known to reduce stress, lift mood, support the immune system, and deepen mindfulness. Cost is $32.
