Three free ways to skip the parking lot
Park free at Eagle Creek, Marschall Road or Southbridge Crossings and ride to the gate. Buses run from about an hour before showtime to half an hour after. Not every show is covered; in 2026 the list included Staind on September 24 and Pitbull on September 26.
Which shows & times →Park at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake and ride free from the bus entrance. First bus 30 minutes before doors, last one an hour after the show. No reservation needed, and the casino runs pre-show and post-show parties on concert nights.
Details →From SouthWest Station in Eden Prairie, SouthWest Village in Chanhassen and East Creek Station in Chaska, leaving about 1 hr 45 min before doors and heading back 30 minutes after the show.

Bring
- A clear tote up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, or a small clutch up to 6 by 9 (any color)
- A blanket for the lawn, nothing oversized, no bedsheets or tarps
- Your ticket on your phone
Leave in the car
- Chairs (lawn chair rentals are available at most shows)
- Hard coolers, umbrellas, glass or metal containers
- Strollers, professional cameras, weapons, fireworks, laser pointers, pets other than service animals
Shows go on in the rain. If severe weather forces an evacuation you can re-enter when the all clear is given. The full policy list is in the venue FAQ.
Eat first
Inside the gates there are food stands and two beer garden viewing areas at the top of the lawn, Schell’s and The Lookout, free and first come. If you’d rather sit down, here is Shakopee by distance from the venue, closest first.
Next door Canterbury Park, Canterbury Commons and Canterbury Road, a walk or a two-minute drive
Five minutes First Avenue East, 17th Avenue and Marschall Road
Downtown Shakopee First Avenue, about ten minutes west

Staying over
Shakopee’s hotels sit along Highway 169 near Canterbury and the Southbridge park and ride, and they sell out on show nights, so book a room when you buy the tickets.
