Chai Tea Making Class at Club Prior

Club Prior holds a chai tea making class on Thursday, Oct. 29, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in its Club Corner room at 16210 Eagle Creek Ave SE, in the Prior Lake Library building.
The class works through the traditional chai spices by aroma and taste, then grinds them into a fresh blend with the warm flavors of autumn. Everyone finishes with the brewed tea, cookies and a bit of lighthearted trivia on the history of each spice and why they are combined.
The class is $32 for ages 18 and up, with room for 10. Register by Oct. 22 through Prior Lake Parks and Recreation or call Club Prior at 952-447-9783.
