Guest teaching artist Scott Stafford leads Outdoor Qigong on Sunday, November 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake. The guided practice uses breath and movement, with seated and standing sequences from tai chi and qigong, to quiet the mind and ease the body, with a focus on the change of seasons.
No experience is needed. The class is held entirely outdoors, so dress for the weather and bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on. Meet at the Cleary Lake Visitor Center. It is for ages 18 and up and is offered with the Scott County Wellness Initiative.
The fee is $15. Register on the Three Rivers registration page, open through the day of the class.
