A new home at Cal’s

Barn on the Hill will run its Christmas market in the greenhouses at Cal’s Garden Center this year, after last season at Queen Bee’z Lawn & Garden in Prior Lake. If you shopped it there, this is the same market in a new place. It also has a new schedule: last year it ran on weekends, and this year it will be open 24 days in a row.

Barn on the Hill is best known for the spring and fall boutiques it has held since 2009 in an old dairy barn in rural Prior Lake. Cal’s Garden Center has been in Savage since 1961.

What you’ll find

About 50 handcrafted and vintage vendors have signed up so far, and Barn on the Hill says pop-up vendors will join throughout the 24 days, so there should be something new on a return trip.
