Annual Prior Lake Sportsmen’s Club Ice Fishing Contest

The Prior Lake Sportsmen’s Club invites the community to bundle up and head out on the ice for their 45th Annual Ice Fishing Contest.
The contest runs from 1:00–3:00 PM on the north end of Prior Lake at the Sand Point Beach public access, just south of the County Road 42 & 18 intersection. Holes will already be drilled, and free minnows are provided, making this an easy event for both seasoned anglers and first-timers.
Throughout the afternoon, enjoy continuous prize drawings, along with food and refreshments available for purchase right on the lake. Grand prizes include cash awards for the top finishers, and fish prizes will also be awarded.
Tickets will be sold at the contest. Grand prize winners do not need to be present to claim their prize.
