Corn Fest at Valleyfair, Sat Aug 15 2026 at Valleyfair

Corn Fest returns to Valleyfair Saturdays and Sundays, August 15 through August 30, celebrating Minnesota’s golden crop with corn-themed food, live local music, interactive games, character hosts, and a corn-eating contest with prizes. Festival activities run from noon to 6:30 p.m. each day.

The Corn Cart serves traditional roasted corn plus rainbow, Minnesota, and traditional elote, with corn-inspired drinks and treats around the park. Season passholders get a complimentary cobette from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. while supplies last. Corn Fest is included with park admission.

Festival weekends are August 15 and 16, August 22 and 23, and August 29 and 30. Details are on Valleyfair’s Corn Fest page.
