Families can try archery together on Sunday, November 8 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake. Three Rivers Park District’s Outdoor Recreation School instructors teach the basics of shooting, safety and aiming in a beginner-friendly session, with time for practice and a few fun challenges.
It is for ages 8 and up and costs $12 a person, with all equipment provided. The program is outdoors, so dress for the weather and wear shoes that can get wet. It is offered with Scott County.
Registration closes November 6 on the Three Rivers registration page.
