Healthy Dinners from Your Freezer

You’re busy! Join us to prepare six main dishes that will make weeknight meals easier. These recipes, designed for a family of five, can go straight from your freezer to your crockpot or oven. The instructor will handle the shopping (except for the meat), and you’ll chop, mix, and prep everything so it’s freezer-ready by the time you head home. Recipes include: Tandoori-inspired Chicken, Beef Ragu, Quinoa Stuffed Peppers, Lentil Soup, Gyros and Chicken Broccoli Bake. — Min age: 15 yr.
