Turn the end-of-season tomato pile into something that keeps at this hands-on water bath canning class at WEE Farm in Savage on Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 5 to 7 p.m.
In the WEE Farm kitchen you will cook, taste and get creative with late-season tomatoes, and learn how water bath canning turns a surplus of produce into jams, jellies and salsas for the pantry.
The class costs $40 and spots are limited. Register through Prior Lake-Savage Community Education.
