$30.00
Learn to make kimchi, the fermented Korean staple, at this hands-on class at WEE Farm in Savage on Tuesday, Oct. 6, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Kimchi goes back more than 2,000 years as a way to keep produce through the winter. Cabbage is the classic, and the class also covers other fruits and vegetables that ferment well the same way. Youth ages 12 to 17 attend free with a paid adult.
The class costs $30. Register through Prior Lake-Savage Community Education.
