
Learn to make kimbap, the Korean rice roll, at this hands-on cooking class at WEE Farm in Savage on Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 5 to 7 p.m.
Kimbap wraps seasoned sticky rice, fresh vegetables and egg in seaweed. It works as a snack or a side and there are hundreds of ways to fill it. A Korean culinary expert leads the class, the second in the Korean cuisine series after kimchi on Oct. 6. Adults 18 and up.
The class is $30. Register through Prior Lake-Savage Community Education.
