Celebrate Easter Sunday with a special brunch at LaunchPad Golf in Prior Lake. The limited-time brunch menu features chef-crafted dishes including Double Smoked Bacon and Egg Ciabatta, Gordito Burrito, Prairie Plate, Blue Corn and Wild Rice Griddle Cakes, and A.M. Flatbread. Walk-ins welcome from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — no reservations required.
