Palette & Provisions: Fields of Gold at Edelweiss Bakery

Iqwee’s Bakery teams up with Edelweiss Bakery and Wine Bar for Fields of Gold, a hands-on afternoon of edible artistry on Friday, August 28 from 4 to 6 p.m. You’ll learn to pipe realistic buttercream sunflowers, no piping experience needed, and arrange five finished cupcakes in a keepsake box to carry home.

Between piping sessions there’s a curated tasting of artisan breads with whipped butters and oils by Asad, plus a handmade botanical welcome drink. All tools, cupcakes, buttercream and materials are provided. It’s the second Palette and Provisions event after a strong response to the first, and seating is limited to about 16 to 20 guests.

Seats are $99. Tickets are non-refundable, though a seat can be transferred to another guest with advance notice. Register at iqwees.com.
