Salsa Making: A Water Bath Jarring Experience

Make and can your own homemade salsa at this hands-on class at WEE Farm in Savage on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 2 to 4 p.m.
You will learn to safely preserve a batch with the water bath method, working with locally grown ingredients and a look at salsa’s culinary roots. Everyone leaves with a jar to enjoy at home.
The class is $40 through Prior Lake-Savage Community Education. Online registration has closed.
