Bake a dozen sourdough muffins and take home your own starter at this class at Twin Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake on Friday, Oct. 2, from 6:30 to 8:15 p.m.
Along with the muffins you get more recipes and a small amount of starter to keep baking at home. Bring a quart glass jar with a lid for the starter.
The class costs $45. Register through Prior Lake-Savage Community Education.
