Prior Lake utility billing is closed through Nov. 11, online accounts included
The City of Prior Lake’s Utility Billing Office closed Wednesday, Nov. 4, and will stay closed through Nov. 11 while the city moves to the new Prior Lake Utility Hub. In-person, phone, email and online account services will be unavailable. Water service will not be affected. Existing logins, AutoPay and paperless statements will carry over to the hub, which will have a new web address.
What's next: Normal hours will resume Thursday, Nov. 12, and the city says the hub will launch in mid-November. Its Utility Hub page answers questions about logins, AutoPay and the new web address.
