Shakopee Brew Hall can pour liquor now, not just beer, after a 5-0 council vote

Shakopee Brew Hall can serve liquor as well as beer. The Shakopee City Council approved taproom, on-sale, small brewer and Sunday liquor licenses for Dilemma Brewing Co. LLC, doing business as Shakopee Brew Hall at 124 1st Avenue East, on the consent agenda, 5-0, on Tuesday, Aug. 4, according to the Aug. 4 minutes.

The new licenses replace the hall’s current licenses and allow it to serve liquor as well as beer, the staff report says. The applications were in order, all fees have to be paid in full before the licenses are issued, and the Police Department’s background investigation found nothing that would prohibit issuing them. The report lists no budget impact.
