Living Hope Lutheran Church hosts a Trunk or Treat on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 3 to 5 p.m. at its Shakopee location, Living Hope Lutheran Church and School on Horizon Drive. Kids walk with their families from car to car collecting candy from decorated trunks, then head inside the church for games, a snack and a craft.
It is open to any family looking for some old-fashioned Halloween fun. The church asks for non-scary costumes, and kids should bring a bag for their candy. Anyone who would like to decorate a trunk can sign up through the church’s event page.
