19th Annual Vettes for Vets Car Show

Classic Corvettes of Minnesota holds the 19th Annual Vettes for Vets Car Show at the Dan Patch American Legion in Savage on Sunday, August 9. The show runs from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., rain or shine, and all cars and trucks are welcome.

Spectators are free. There are trophies in seven divisions, custom event t-shirts for sale, food, raffles, and a silent auction. Organizers also ask attendees to bring a gift of socks for veterans. All donations go to the Minneapolis Veterans Home.

Schedule:

• 8:30 a.m.: Show opens
• 10 a.m.: Flag ceremony
• 1 p.m.: Awards presentation
• 1:30 p.m.: Cruise to the Veterans Home

Registration is $15 per car pre-registered, or $20 at the time of the show. Pre-registrations had to be postmarked by August 3, so day-of registration is the remaining option. Questions go to AJ at 952-210-6087.
