Crepes are an easy, versatile dish that’s perfect for impressing guests. In this class, we’ll make Chicken Divan—chicken with broccoli in a creamy cheese sauce—as our main course. Then, we’ll move on to Cheese Blintzes with Apricot Sauce and savory Mushroom Crepes with Sherry Sauce. For dessert, enjoy Orange Crepe Suzette, Italian and Sicilian Cannoli, and even Flaming Crepes! Plus, you’ll get hands-on practice making and flipping crepes to perfection. By the end, you’ll be a crepe-making pro, ready to wow any crowd! — Min age: 15 yr.
