Teaching artist Scott Stafford leads Fireside Qigong on Sunday, December 13, from 11 a.m. to noon at Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake. The guided practice uses seated and standing sequences from tai chi and qigong to quiet the mind and ease the body, with views of the park and the warmth of the fireplace.
No experience is needed, and the class is for ages 18 and up. Three Rivers emails more details before the program. The fee is $10.
Register on the Three Rivers registration page, open through the day of the class.
