Guided Forest Bathing
Sat, Jun 6 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Slow down and reconnect with nature at a guided forest bathing session at Cleary Lake Regional Park on Saturday, June 6 from 2 to 4 p.m. Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a mindful, sensory immersion in the woods rather than a hike or a workout. A certified Forest Bathing practitioner leads the group through gentle prompts and reflection, inviting participants to engage deeply with their surroundings.
The practice is associated with reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood and mental clarity, immune support, and a greater sense of mindfulness and connection.
For ages 18 and up. Cost is $32 per person. Advance registration is required through Three Rivers Park District.
