Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet at LaunchPad

LaunchPad Golf at The Meadows hosts a Mother’s Day brunch buffet on Sunday, May 10, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Seating is available in both the dining room and the heated golf suites.

The chef-curated buffet includes a cold bar with harvest salad, loaded pasta salad, and fresh-cut fruit; a breakfast spread with scrambled eggs, applewood bacon, maple-glazed sausage, roasted potatoes, and blue corn and wild rice waffles with blood orange butter; a carving station with blackened prime rib and smoked ham; and a lunch table with adobo chicken and carne asada tacos, street corn salad, and Damn Good Sliders. Dessert table rounds it out with chocolate chunk cookies and salted caramel brownies.

Brunch is $29 for adults (13 and up). Kids 12 and under eat free with a made-to-order menu of chicken tenders, mini corn dogs, cheeseburgers, and fries. The traditional menu will not be available during brunch service.
