Guest teaching artist Scott Stafford leads an hour of outdoor qigong at Cleary Lake Regional Park on Sunday, September 20 from 11 a.m. to noon. The practice pairs breath with slow movement, with seated and standing sequences drawn from tai chi and qigong forms, and this session leans into the change of season.
No experience necessary. The class is held entirely outdoors, so bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on and dress for the weather. Meet at the Cleary Lake Visitor Center. $15 per person.
