Pantry Makeover

Do you want to feel more confident in feeding your family foods? Does stocking your pantry with healthy snacks and ingredients feel overwhelming? Come learn foods, ingredients, tips and tricks to stepping in and out of your pantry with confidence. We will discuss basic “staple” items to keep on hand and use in meal preparation along with simple meal ideas that are both nutritious and delicious. You will leave with more confidence, Anna’s unique “Pantry Staples Guide” and some pantry “goodies” to begin building your healthy pantry right away! — Min age: 18 yr.
