Goodbye 2026 Snowshoe and S’mores at Cleary Lake

Three Rivers’ Outdoor Recreation School says goodbye to 2026 with a snowshoe hike and s’mores on Wednesday, December 30, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Cleary Lake Regional Park in Prior Lake. Instructors show you how to put on and walk in snowshoes, lead a guided walk on the snowy trails, then gather everyone around the fire to roast marshmallows and make s’mores.

The hike goes on even if there is no snow. All equipment is provided, and the program is outdoors, so dress for the weather. It is open to ages 5 and up, and children 11 and under must come with a registered adult. The fee is $12 a person, and Three Rivers runs the program in partnership with Scott County.

Register on the Three Rivers registration page by Tuesday, Dec. 29.
