Tricks and Treats at Valleyfair

Tricks and Treats is Valleyfair’s daytime Halloween celebration for families, Saturdays and Sundays from September 26 through November 1. Hours are noon to 5:30 p.m. on Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. The park dresses up in fall decor with trick-or-treat trails, candy collecting, kid-friendly shows, character meet and greets, Halloween midway games and seasonal treats, along with the family rides in Planet Snoopy and the rest of the park.

It is included with regular park admission and eligible season passes, and day tickets start at $37.99 online. Weekends are September 26 and 27, October 3 and 4, October 10 and 11, October 17 and 18, October 24 and 25, and October 31 and November 1.

On Saturday nights the park switches over to ValleyScare, the separately ticketed haunted event that starts at 7 p.m. and is not meant for young kids. A combo ticket covers both on the same day. Details and tickets are on Valleyfair’s Tricks and Treats page.
