Valleyfair Opening Day (50th Anniversary Season)

Visit website for ticketsValleyfair kicks off its 2026 season on Sunday, May 10 with Opening Day, marking the park’s 50th anniversary. Gates are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The day brings back fan-favorite coasters Wild Thing, Renegade, High Roller, and Steel Venom alongside family attractions in Planet Snoopy, plus the park’s full lineup of food and merchandise. Beginning May 23, the new Superior Shores Waterpark opens with new tube slides and a family-friendly lagoon featuring eight kid-size slides, in addition to returning water attractions.
