The Food Truck Fest returns to Main Street in downtown Prior Lake on Saturday, May 16 from 3 to 7 p.m. Hosted by the Laker Educational Foundation, proceeds directly benefit the Laker Impact project and Every Buddy's Playground. Come hungry and support a great cause in the Prior Lake community.
