Canterbury Park kicks off Independence Day weekend on Friday, July 3 with one of Minnesota's biggest fireworks displays. The evening pairs live horse racing with live music, ice-cold brews, classic hot dogs, and plenty of room to sit back and take in the show. The Gift Shop will be stocked with patriotic gear.
