New traffic signal is on at County Highway 16 and Dean Lakes Trail in Shakopee

The new traffic signal on County Highway 16 (Eagle Creek Boulevard) at Dean Lakes Trail and Kinlock Way in Shakopee is on. Scott County said Monday, Sept. 21, that the signal is operational and asked drivers to be aware of the change.

The signal system includes pedestrian and ADA accommodations, the county’s project page says. The county board awarded the work to Valley Paving, Inc. on April 7.
