Pike Lake Road and Southbridge Parkway closures at CH 21 in Shakopee
A Sept. 11 Scott County project update said work that includes closing Pike Lake Road at County Highway 21 in Shakopee was expected to start Wednesday, Sept. 16, and work that includes closing Southbridge Parkway at CH 21 on Thursday, Sept. 24.
That update moved substantial completion to 2026; a July 30 update had set the work on both roads for spring 2027. After the median work, drivers on both roads can only turn right onto CH 21, the July 30 update said.
