CrossFit Prior Lake is the coached group-fitness gym in the Adelmann Street SE business park on the south side of town. Classes are led by coaches who scale every movement to the person in front of them, which is how a single class ends up holding a 14-year-old athlete and a 70-year-old grandparent at the same time. Alongside the group classes there is personal training and nutrition coaching.
New members book a free first class online rather than dropping in cold, and the current class schedule, which runs from early morning through evening, is on the gym's website. Prior Lake Events lists the gym's community events, fundraiser workouts and open houses when they come up.
