Pau Hana is the Hawaii-inspired restaurant and bar on Highway 13 in Savage, a few minutes up the road from Prior Lake. The name is island slang for after-work drinks with friends, and the place is built around that: Hawaii regional cuisine, a wood-fired oven, a bar, and a big outdoor patio in summer. It takes reservations, does takeout through Pau Hana Express, and has a private dining room for groups.
Dinner runs 4 to 9 pm Sunday through Thursday and until 10 on Friday and Saturday, with lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am. Prior Lake Events lists its holiday luaus and special nights when they come up.
