Club Prior is the City of Prior Lake's recreation and resource center for adults 55 and older, and it lives inside the Prior Lake Library building on Eagle Creek Avenue SE. Regular weekday hours, Monday through Thursday 9 am to 3 pm, cover the drop-in stuff: cards, dominoes and games, the Knit and Stitch group, exercise, yoga and tai chi classes, and health and wellness resources.

The events are what land it on this site. Club Prior runs paint-and-sip afternoons, line dance parties, Mah Jongg lessons, storyteller gatherings, trivia with local authors and naturalists, day trips and concerts, and the occasional Wednesday Night Live music program open to all ages. Most are low-cost or free and are listed on the calendar below.

It is run by Prior Lake Parks and Recreation; registration and the full monthly newsletter are on priorlakemn.gov.
