2026 State of the City Address

FreePrior Lake’s annual State of the City Address takes place Thursday, May 14, 2026 at Prior Lake City Hall. Doors open at 7:45 a.m. and the program runs 8 to 9 a.m., featuring updates from Mayor Briggs and City Manager Jason Wedel on the past year’s accomplishments and priorities shaping the community’s future.
The program covers economic development, infrastructure, public safety, and current community initiatives. Open to business leaders, residents, and local stakeholders. Admission is free, but advance registration is requested through the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce — space is limited.
