July Farm to Table Dinner [SOLD OUT]

Spring Lake Farm hosts its July Farm to Table Dinner, a five-course meal built around what is in season on the farm. The evening starts with a tour of the farm, where guests can see, touch, and smell how the produce is grown, followed by a fresh mocktail made with farm ingredients. From there the kitchen sends out course after course highlighting the season’s harvest, with all meat sourced from Zweber Farms in Elko New Market. Dinners are BYOB, and any allergy can be accommodated with advance notice. Held at the farmstead in Prior Lake.
