Spring Lake Farm is a small regenerative vegetable farm in Prior Lake that grows more than 40 kinds of vegetables and microgreens, no-till and with no spraying. Its farmstead at 18860 Fairlawn Avenue is where its farm to table dinners happen: a farm tour and five courses, with meat from Zweber Farms in Elko New Market, and every dinner is BYOB.

The farm store is at Queen Bee'z Lawn & Garden, 17860 Panama Avenue, open from early April to Dec. 22, Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 10 am to 5 pm, closed Saturday. Besides the farm's own produce it carries organic meats, local cheeses and kombucha from other local vendors, and Tuesday is mini market day. Cash and cards are accepted.

The farm also runs a CSA, with fall boxes picked up every other Tuesday, and calls itself an education center. Its dinners, fundraisers and community nights are listed below. Phone: (952) 356-4454.
