Prior Lake Days Family Day

The second day of Prior Lake Days is a free family day at the south end of Main Street in downtown Prior Lake on Saturday, August 8 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free and open to everyone, with live music, food trucks, a Kids Zone, and community activities filling downtown.

Live entertainment, presented by Morgan Family Dental: a Kids Dance Party with a DJ from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., a Cookie Eating Contest from 1:15 to 1:45 p.m., live music from Robert Bozaich from 2 to 3:30 p.m., and Jake & Ensemble from 4 to 6 p.m.

Kids Zone, presented by Primrose Schools: an obstacle course, a rock climb slide, a bounce house, an electronic light game, a hairspray tent, a Culver’s ice cream cart, temporary tattoos, robotics team demonstrations, STEM games, water races, and a Percy mascot meet and greet. Unlimited-fun wristbands for the Kids Zone are $5.

Food trucks serving from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.: Kona Ice, Pony Expresso, Brick Oven Pizza, Blue Loon Concessions, and 2Sisters Vietnamese Street Food.

Also on the grounds: a Children’s Market, a Vendor Village, a Cornhole Tournament (register your team), dog adoptions, and a police squad car display.

Prior Lake Days kicks off the night before with the ticketed 21-and-over Sip & Stroll in downtown Prior Lake, Friday, August 7 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
