Prior Lake to consider final plat for Vierling Ridge, 46-home project
The Prior Lake City Council will consider a final plat and planned unit development (PUD) plan for Vierling Ridge on Tuesday, Sept. 22, according to the city agenda. The first phase of the development will include 46 residential units: 12 twin home units, 12 townhome units and 22 single-family detached homes, according to the staff report.
The first phase spans approximately 18.1 acres total, with approximately 12.4 acres for residential development and local streets, and approximately 5.7 acres for the dedication of Fountain Hills Drive and Surrey Lane public right-of-way. The development agreement includes construction of Fountain Hills Drive to a new intersection at County Highway 21, construction of Surrey Lane from Carriage Hills Parkway to Fountain Hills Drive, and the construction of portions of four local streets. Pulte Homes of Minnesota is the developer.
What's next: The city council votes on the final PUD plan and plat on Sept. 22, 2026.
