Lifted Wellness & Cafe is a cafe and wellness studio at 6885 Boudin Street NE, Suite 201, in Prior Lake, owned by Janet McGee and started as a tribute to Ted McGee. The cafe is open daily from 7 am to 4 pm, with espresso, protein smoothies, wraps, bowls and baked goods, including gluten-free and vegan options.
On the wellness side are a Himalayan salt room for halotherapy; The Lifted Circuit, a private suite with a wet sauna, a rain shower and a 50-degree cold plunge; and yoga, mat Pilates and sound bath classes capped at 8 to 10 people. The salt room also hosts sessions for people grieving the death of a loved one.
Posted prices are $49 for a salt room session, $75 for the Circuit and $30 for a single class, and a community yoga class is on a $10 to $30 sliding scale. The Circuit is 18 and up and classes 13 and up. Parking is free on site, with two accessible entrances. I list its wellness events below. Phone: (651) 888-9962.
