Perron's Sul Lago is the Italian bistro on Main Avenue in downtown Prior Lake, a dinner-only spot that has been the default answer to "where should we go for a nice night out in town" for a long time. The room is small and books up, so reservations are strongly recommended and are taken by phone only.
Dinner runs Monday through Saturday from 4:30 to 9 pm; it is closed Sundays. Early and late diners get a break: guest appreciation pricing at the bar Monday through Thursday from 4:30 to 5:30 and again from 8 to 9 pm.
It sits a few doors from Grace + Gumption and Rhino Wine Bar, so it pairs naturally with a downtown evening, and it is close enough to Lakefront Park to walk after a summer concert.
