The Savage Tap is a brewery taproom at 12925 Eagle Creek Parkway in Savage, one of the Minnesota Tap Group's community-owned breweries; its sister taproom is Lake Drive Tap in Chanhassen. It brews its own beer, and the full bar also pours wine and cocktails. Food comes from food trucks, which arrive about an hour after opening and usually stay until 8.

The weekly lineup in fall 2026 is Initials Game Live on Mondays at 7, VINGO music video bingo on Tuesdays at 7 and Trivia Mafia on Thursdays at 7, with local musicians playing originals and covers every week. The patio is dog-friendly, and there is parking on site and on the street.

The taproom takes private events from 20 to 200 guests, with a private room for 15 and full buyouts. Fundraisers, songwriter showcases, town halls and markets like its Christmas Night Market are the events I list below. Phone: (763) 400-5072.
